We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Associate and Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in assisting the Sales Director in identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as collaborating closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Strong proficiency in Excel and computer skills are essential for success in this role, and fluency in both English and French written and spoken languages is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and facilitate the sales process
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and other relevant documentation using Excel and other software tools
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and sales team as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in Excel and computer skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- a go getter attitude is more important than years on the job
