Sous la supervision du Responsable régional du service à la clientèle pour le Québec et l’Ontario, le titulaire du poste agit à titre de personne-ressource auprès des clients, afin d’assurer le traitement et le suivi de leurs commandes, les tenir informé de façon proactive lorsque des impératifs surviennent, en plus de travailler en étroite collaboration avec la planification de la production de chacun des sites situés au Québec et en Ontario afin de maximiser l’expérience client.

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between Altium Packaging and its customers for all service and delivery related functions. This includes order management, planning (supply and demand), freight coordination, and all corresponding customer communications. In short, the position oversees and ensures the overall customer experience for both sites. This includes a deep understanding of the inventory and production schedule at each facility to maximize service.

- Effectuer l’entrée de commandes et la mise à jour des informations dans nos systèmes de production intégré (JD Edwards et Syteline selon le site);
- Assurer une communication proactive auprès des clients;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de la planification de chacun des sites afin d’assurer le traitement des commandes selon les priorités de chaque usine;
- Examiner et mettre à jour les prévisions relatives aux clients;
- Vérifie les prix, la facturation et effectue le suivi de l’expédition des commandes
- Traiter les demandes d’ajout de nouveaux clients, de nouveaux produits et de prix;
- Utiliser le système CRM pour entrer les commentaires des clients dans la base de données et s’assure de maintenir à jour l’information;
- Participer à la gestion des inventaires de produits finis et de matériels appartenant aux clients;
- Produire et distribuer les rapports exigés sur les clients (inventaire, etc.);
- Créer des notes de crédit, au besoin;
- Préparer les demandes d’échantillons des clients.

- JDE Sales Order entry & maintenance
- Syteline Sales Order entry & maintenance
- Communicate order production and delivery status to multiple customers
- Develop and maintain transportation schedule for multiple carriers
- Communicate transportation schedule to freight carriers and plant warehouse teams
- Work with plant operations team to develop production schedule based on existing customer orders and customer forecasts for each location
- Field and acknowledge customer quality complaints, and work with Operation team to facilitate communications on plant findings and resolution.
- Shipping verification
- Invoicing verification
- Generate Credit Memos when needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:(ENGLISH VERSION TO FOLLOW)
- Parfaitement bilingue (anglais-français)
- Diplôme d’études collégiales et/ou 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier
- Grande facilité à communiquer et excellentes capacités à résoudre des problèmes
- 2 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle
- Capacité d’apprendre à utiliser deux systèmes informatiques et de passer de l’un à l’autre rapidement
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
- Capacité à établir les priorités et à exécuter plusieurs tâches à la fois

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Fluent bilingual in English and French
- A highly communicative person with excellent problem solving abilities
- Prior manufacturing experience is desired
- 2 years prior customer service experience is required
- Knowledge of MS Office is required
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task

**Job Location**:This is a Permanent Role, 40 hours/week, based out of **Anjou**.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
