What you’ll be doing

The Credit Planning Coach - Imperial Service provides real time, client specific sales and credit structuring advice to Imperial Service, Private Wealth Management, and LSCC in a telephone-based advice center. We support all strategic objectives in Imperial Service National Office, while focusing on deepening client relationships, acquiring and retaining clients, and delivering on our purpose of making our client’s ambitions a reality.

How you’ll succeed- Sales Support- Product Knowledge and support - Increase frontline capabilities around product offers, sales processes and tools, delivered through telephony technology including webinars and reactive inbound calls. You create awareness of national and local marketing programs and assist with the successful introduction of new product launches.- Sales Strategy Development & Engagement with Market
