**Preferred Qualifications**

We seek an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and network design relating to Session Border Controller technologies. This individual will work with customers to configure and troubleshoot systems (both onsite and remote); to provide follow-on support for open issues; and to create and execute test plans for specific Oracle deployments.

Job Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong consulting, implementation, architectural design, and use case requirement analysis skills and experience in the enterprise voice and video space
- Experience with Oracle Session Border Controllers is a mandatory requirement
- Strong knowledge and experience with Unified Communications products and solutions is a mandatory requirement; must include Microsoft Teams
- Experience with complementary Oracle CGBU products such as Enterprise Communications Broker, Enterprise Operations Monitor is a major asset
- Knowledge of and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a major asset
- Knowledge and experience of data communications concepts including network architecture, TCP/IP, SNMP, NTP, SCTP and troubleshooting of these
- Team oriented player with a willingness to help others
- CCNA or equivalent IP networking certification preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
