**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of heavy equipment used sales and rentals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Mentor and coach, a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and customer base.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is required.
