This role is the cornerstone of sales operations for Rohit Communities. You will train, mentor and coach the sales team in the execution of sales operations to achieve new home sales goals.

What will you do?

Responsible for obtaining profitable results through Rohit’s Sales Team (Area Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Sales Coordinators).
Developing and motivating the Sales Team through mentoring, skills development, and product knowledge development.
Accountable for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization, and control of Area Sales Managers to accomplish specific objectives.
Ensuring a consistent delivery of Customer Care, as well as defining and meeting customer care objectives in coordination with the leadership team.
Compiling micro/macro-economic market information on new homes, resales, and competitor’s sales activity, to include developing and maintaining competition surveys for all active neighborhoods.

Monitoring the progress of sales and absorption of products within the regions.
Performing monthly product tours and audits.
Making pricing and product recommendations.
Streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
Managing the sales administration function and operational performance reporting.
Assisting marketing department in the design and development of sales centers.
Analyzing the viability of existing and new markets within the region.
Addressing escalated customer concerns.
Assessing customer satisfaction levels via customer surveys.
Monitoring revenues from deposits and closings and ensuring the accuracy of all purchase agreements.
Advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

What do we look for?

Proven track-record of managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, results-orientated, and successful sales team.
Completion of university degree in Business, or equivalent; or a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager role.
Experience in business to end-user marketing or retail sales.
Experience with strategic planning and the ability to execute strategic initiatives.
Strong knowledge of the Edmonton real estate markets.
Knowledge of residential construction processes is an asset.
