**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Work with the research team and act as the expert in research methodologies.
- Lead and oversee the design of new research studies, from initial ideation and brainstorming to analysis to dissemination.
- Collaborate with hospital researchers, clinician-scientists, and leadership to develop novel research ideas and turn those ideas into well-designed research projects.
- Help build internal capacity in the methodologies in which you are an expert, through the creation/delivery of educational materials, seminars, and workshops.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have significant training and/or experience (5+ years) in the design and execution of research studies, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- You have experience helping others develop research ideas into real projects as well as experience developing your own lines of research.
- You like helping people learn more about the areas you’re an expert in.
- You have strong knowledge of research best practices, the Canadian healthcare system, and the healthcare funding landscape.
- You’re able to communicate your ideas to a range of audiences and integrate the feedback you receive to improve your work.
- You have a desire to positively change the way healthcare is delivered using the newest digital tools.
