**Position Description**:
**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**
- Review, organize and analyze data
- Conduct study in accordance with ICH/GCP guidelines
- Prepare study protocol and associated study documents and oversee submission to institutional ethics board
- Assist P.I. with science review process
- Revise and update study instruments, as required
- Perform data analyses
- Support other team members, including trainees, on team projects, as required
- Keep abreast of regulations and policies governing clinical research
- Conduct literature reviews and keep current with study literature
- Prepare manuscripts for publication
- Supervise trainees

**Here’s What You’ll Need**
- PhD in psychology or neuroscience
- Min 3 years experience in child and adolescent mental health research, adhering to research procedures and supervising junior trainees and/or junior staff
- Ability to function independently yet collaboratively within a team
- Very strong interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in observational data analyses, including longitudinal analyses
- Experience with clinical research an asset
- Experience in database design and maintenance preferred. REDCap experience is an asset.

**Employment Type**:
**1 year contract, with possibility of extension.**
