- **Responsibilities**:- Inform clients about the status of their delivery;- Collect comments from clients and escalate particular cases if needed;- Improve the company's service by listing issues that came up while dealing with problematic cases throughout the day.

**Qualifications**:
- 6 months of experience in a customer service position (call centre environment seen as an asset);- effective, responsible and keep your cool while facing difficult cases;- great listening and writing skills;- customer satisfaction is your priority;- capacity to show courtesy and empathy when needed;- comfortable working with Office 365, Google Maps, and internet in general;- Bilingual (English and French).- Be available from Monday to Friday starting at 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
