**Reporting to the Renewals Manager, the Renewals Coordinator will become a key contributor in Motorola Solutions subscription process and will focus on promoting customer retention, supporting the renewals team function and processes, and overall coordination and support of the subscription model within VS&A. You will work with the internal partners toward the success of the team, and external client base to ensure timely solutions to requests and issues with partner subscription contracts. High customer satisfaction is paramount to drive retention rates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute on renewal inquiries to maximize contract value across all products and offerings
- Accurately maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly renewal forecasts for the team
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on key renewal metrics, including non-renewals, churn/churn reasons
- Monitor team communications, orders management and project boards for renewals team
- Maintain Salesforce to ensure all relevant data is captured timely and accurately
- Responsible for customer support for digital partners across brands and offerings

Preferred Skills:

- 3 years experience in coordinating and administrative experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Basic Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED Required, Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3 years experience in coordinating and administrative experience
