**POSITION TITLE: Sales Coordinator**

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines

- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and client requests

- Ability to multitask

**Responsibilities**

**Providing and managing the end-to-end quote process for new and existing customers**
- Creating, sending and following up on quotes submitted to a customer
- Managing all data and information related to the quote in the Tecnet service management tool
- Providing customer service and communicating directly with customers regarding quotes

**Ordering, fulfilment, and logistics coordination of hardware, software and licenses**
- Parts/product ordering following quote approval
- Managing and communicating backorders with both the vendor and the customer
- License registration/renewal and distribution to client and/or technicians
- Collaborate with team on IT roadmap updates following license renewals and other project related work
- Tracking products and communicating with the client and updating the associated logistics
- IMAC Coordination activity to ensure installations occurs within 5 business days of part receipt.

**Preparing and managing reporting**
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to prepare customer-facing as well as internal sales and service reports
- Collaborate and support in the development of Quarterly Business reports (QBR)
- Provide other _adhoc_ or regular reporting that can help guide and direct the sales team in business development opportunities or inform the ITR and QBR reporting
- Managing hardware replenishment forecasting
- Working with vendors and distributors to create custom quotes and orders
- Creating and maintaining vendor and customer contact lists
- Creating and maintaining Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documents
- Provide monthly status of in-flight orders including IMACs (Backorder, Installations, Complete)

**Marketing and sales material and support**
- Business intelligence support to sales: proposals/RFP Responses, Statements of Work (SOWs) and other material to support the growth and development of existing or new business

**Vendor management, sales processes, and ongoing product knowledge**
- Keep appraised of current vendor programs, processes, to increase margin and\or cost savings for customers, including but not limited to negotiating better rates with distributors and vendors or ensuring all programs are leveraged to maximize profitability.
- Keep appraised of the competitive landscape of our marketplace and provide feedback and suggestions to be competitively positioned
- Keep an up-to-date database of key vendor contacts as well as build ongoing relationships with these contacts to support our ongoing growth strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
