We are looking for a well-organized, self-motivated, professional to join our team who is passionate to contribute to our success by maintaining and increasing our customer satisfaction in related to project handling and resource allocation.

**Job Requirements**:

- To be the SPC for all projects including resources planning.
- Attend project meetings, create meeting minutes, and share with stakeholders.
- Prepare, track, and update project BOM, track project financials, POs, and Invoicing.
- Coordinates preparation and delivery of project deliverables, as built reports, etc.
- Assist senior managers to build and implement a project process flow.
- Interfaces with customers to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a post-secondary education in Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Excellent analytical & organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Have a valid driver license with car.
- PMP in not required. However, any experience Telecom/IT fields or in a related area is an asset.

**Other skills**:

- Self-starter with high attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written.

**Working hours & location**
- Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

**HR Compensation**
- Annual bonus based on company & individual’s performance.
- Private health insurance including dental, vision and life insurance.
- Mobile phone and mileage allowance or car for customers visits
- Paid vacation and statuary Holidays. Increased with seniority (10, 15, 20, etc.)
- Paid sick leave or PTO. Increased with seniority (0, 2, 4, 6, etc.)

Pay: $50,960.00-$54,080.00 per year
