In this **Assistant Brand Manager** role, you will be responsible for helping build our Adult Cereals Portfolio in Canada, development of brand plans and bringing annual activation plans to life for the consumer and shopper with executional excellence.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Planning and Project Management**:You will participate in the development and commercialization of brand plans that includes product innovations, communication assets, media plans, in-store programs**_ _**etc. and you will have the opportunity to lead several projects in these areas, ensuring effective and efficient delivery, on-time and within budget.
- **Media and Agency Relationships**: You will work closely with our agency partners to plan and execute Canadian-led consumer programs across multiple media touch points.
- **Innovation Support**-You will develop and execute commercial plans for new products in collaboration with innovation and sales partners.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:You will collaborate across many functions at WK Kellogg Co (inclusive of but not limited to Sales, Innovation, Finance, Shopper and e-com) to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights to execute commercial plans that will grow our brands.
- **Consumer Insights & Analytics**: You will leverage consumer insights**_ _**from different sources and lead analysis of in-market performance to ensure our brand programs are delivering results.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**

**REQUIRED**:

- University undergraduate degree in business or marketing or a post-graduate certificate in business or marketing is required
- 1-2 years brand marketing experience OR related experience in an agency setting**_ _**(media, shopper marketing, digital marketing etc.)
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, and strong ability to analyze data and identify issues and opportunities.
- Proven project management ability with a bias for action**_ _**and has successfully managed/led multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
