Location: Barrie
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Perform general Accounting & Administration duties such as inventory tracking, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Consolidate time sheets and submit daily
- Assist Project Managers with contract administration
- Assist Human Resources department with local administration requirements
- Prepare varying reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Track inventory purchases
- Assist with inventory reconciliations
- Monitor the reception area and phone
**Requirements**:
- Post Secondary Accounting Degree or diploma
- Strong Microsoft knowledge
- Minimum of two years experience in accounting field
- Working knowledge of construction tendering processes
- Working knowledge/awareness of the Construction Lean Act and Bonding
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skillls
- Hands on experience with JDE would be an asset
- Ability to meet deadlines
