**Customer Service Representative for VELUX Canada Inc.**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone and in person in the showroom
- When needed, warehouse duties including order picking and shipping etc.
- Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, processing Rgas
- Coordinate daily business with head office
- Work regional trade shows, events and attend training sessions as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience is an asset in any or all: the home building industry, inside/outside sales, ability to read building plans and specifications, warehouse and/or forklift experience.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
- Superior commitment to customer service
- Self-management and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Strong presentation and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Available to work days and occasional evenings/weekends as required
- **Must be physically fit with the ability to lift >50 lbs**:

- **Fluency in written and verbal French is considered a strong asset**

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
