**You are good at**:
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
**What you have**:
- Completion of at least one year of post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the natural nutrition and supplements industry.
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, specifically Syspro.
- Strong attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
- Ability to remain calm and positive during challenging interactions with customers.
- Knowledge of Factors Group of Companies products and procedures is an asset.
