**Job Summary**

As **Business Administrator**, you will bring support to the Financial Controller, the team, and to the owners. You are equally responsible for maintaining a proper line of communication with tenants, suppliers, and delegating property management tasks in a timely manner.

**What you’ll do**
- Responsible for speaking with tenants and responding to any complaints (customer service issues and non payment issues);
- Investigate supplier issues with billing and ensure copies of all bills are received;
- Keep records of all important documents such as leases, contracts and signed agreements;
- Organize all electronic and paper files;
- Take on requests, based on different projects the company is working on at any given time.

**What you’ll bring**

**Education**:

- Any college degree relevant to office administration.

**Experience**:

- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in administration role, dealing with financial information, and/or real estate property management;
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- QuickBooks (an asset).

**Technical Skills and competencies**:

- Knowledge of English and French languages;
- Ability to multitask;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good attitude and professional behavior.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
