Le rôle le plus important du Responsable du Service Client est de diriger et de motiver une équipe afin de garantir qu'elle offre le meilleur service client possible. Cette personne mettra toujours le client au premier plan et s'assurera que chacun dans l'équipe fera des efforts supplémentaires pour atteindre un service client exceptionnel. La personne occupant ce poste contribuera à l'information et aux recommandations sur le service client dans le cadre des plans stratégiques et des revues. Elle examinera et améliorera constamment la productivité, les normes et les processus du service client.
**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Définir une direction et déployer des stratégies axées sur l'atteinte des normes de service client pour les clients nationaux et internationaux.
- Encadrer et développer les agents de service client et favoriser un environnement où ils peuvent exceller grâce à l'encouragement et à l'autonomisation.
- Améliorer les résultats de qualité du service client en étudiant, évaluant et redéfinissant les processus, politiques et normes ; en établissant et en communiquant des indicateurs de service ; en surveillant et en analysant les résultats et en compilant des rapports.
- Se tenir informé des évolutions de l'industrie et appliquer les meilleures pratiques aux domaines à améliorer.
- Trouver du soutien pour les changements afin d'améliorer continuellement le service au niveau de la direction.
- Maximiser la performance opérationnelle des clients en fournissant des ressources au help desk et des conseils techniques.
- Améliorer l'expérience client, créer des clients engagés et faciliter la croissance organique de l'entreprise.
- Prendre en charge les problèmes des clients et suivre leur résolution.
- Tenir des dossiers précis et documenter les actions et discussions du service client.
- Maintenir un flux de travail ordonné selon les priorités.
- Vous serez responsable des KPI sur la revente, la vente croisée, l'inscription des clients au programme de fidélité et la conformité des solutions avec les limites de la garantie RUDSAK.
**COMPÉTENCES**
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Capacité à penser stratégiquement et à diriger une équipe de jeunes agents de help desk
- Connaissance pratique des logiciels de service client tels que Zendesk, des bases de données et des outils
- Solides compétences en communication et relation client
- Compétences avancées en résolution de problèmes, dépannage et multitâche
- Gestion des commentaires sur les réseaux sociaux de manière positive et axée sur les solutions

The Customer Service Manager’s most important role is leading and motivating a team to ensure they are providing the best-in-class customer service possible. This person will always keep the customer first and center and make sure that everyone in the team will go the extra mile to achieve top customer service.
The person in this position contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. He or she will review and constantly improve productivity, customer-service standards and processes.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set a direction and deploy strategies focused on attaining customer service standards for both national and international customers,
- Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment,
- Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, policies and standards; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitor and analyzing results and compile reports,
- Finding support for change to continuously improve service at upper management,
- Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice,
- Improve the experience for the customer, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth of the business,
