The Client Relations Coordinator works as a member of the communications team. The position is responsible for developing and managing communications and engagement plans and other communications and training materials/activities. This role will be required to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with divisional and NRM clients to ensure the effective delivery of NRIDS’ projects, and to communicate program goals and objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English or a related degree and 2 years of related experience*; OR
- A diploma in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or English or a related diploma and 3 years of related experience*; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

**Related experience must include all of the following**:

- Developing and implementing communications and engagement strategies or plans.
- Producing a variety of communications products (newsletters, executive communication, video, web/intranet).
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in graphic design.
- Experience with CMS lite.
- Experience producing training materials.
- Experience using Articulate.
- Experience in video production.
