About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned brand marketer with a love for real estate to join our team delivering once-in-a-generation luxury properties to the Vancouver Market. Our growing team has been disrupting the way we think about marketing real estate and is looking for pioneers to join us as we build our function into a competitive advantage. This role will have the opportunity to influence projects from the beginning - with participation in every stage of the lifecycle. These projects could include Fifteen Fifteen by Ole Scheeren, Barclay in partnership with Kingswood Properties and architects Perkins + Will, and 1700 Alberni by Thomas Heatherwick.

**What You'll Do**
- Support the development of Brand Strategy with the ability to take portions of the work to action independently;
- Build Marketing Plans with multi-channel execution - and support the creation of Marketing Strategies with the Brand Director;
- Support the aligned roll-out of Brand Positioning with Development and Sales;
- Develop concise briefs and manage relationships with creative teams and vendors to deliver crisp and aligned work product;
- Performance management inclusive of dashboards, business analysis and reporting;
- Manage vendors, review bids for accuracy, consistency and once approved, initiate Statement of Works and PO requests;
- Forecast and maintain asset production budgets per project;
- Ownership of marketing initiatives and deliverables, in consultation with the Brand Director;
- Support of the Marketing Department and VP, Brand as required.

What you Bring:

- Four (4) years of experience in a marketing role;
- You have post-secondary education in a discipline relevant to marketing, communications or business;
- You’re organized and have a high attention to detail;
- You enjoy the challenge of a high growth environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities;
- You are able to communicate intently and work collaboratively, building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners;
- You understand the digital landscape and are familiar with critical communication platforms;
