**Project Coordinator and Estimator - Rebuild Team**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the general operations through the development of project schedules, budgets, client interactions, communications, material, sub-trades, change orders and all other administration related to a successful project completion.
- Prepare cost estimates by using Xactimate and Symbility.
- Coordinate projects to ensure executed on time and budget, and delivered economically, efficiently, and effectively, all within compliance of the required standard and specifications of the client and the insurer.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, adjusters, and insurance providers to ensure that Century West is delivering a quality product within a given timeline at a high level of service.
- Work closely with project managers, management, clients, safety officer, and employees to ensure daily activities are carried out safely.
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges.
- Field experience on construction projects would be an asset.
- Ability to develop AutoCad drawings and working drawings for renovation projects would be considered an asset.
- Prepare sales invoices, create purchase orders, collect receivables, and approve supplier invoices for payment.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5+ years of related senior administration and/or project coordination experience, ideally in a construction environment. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
- Previous experience estimation is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); willing to learn and work with in-house software programs. Any experience in Xactimate, XACT analysis ,Contractor Connection, Symbility or Sage 300 would be an asset.
- Outstanding communication, relationship building and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Valid Driver’s License.
