2. Supervision and Coordination:

- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring quality standards are met. - Lead a team of roofing installers and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction. - Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed on the job site. - Troubleshoot issues that arise during installation and resolve conflicts.

3. Client Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client. - Provide regular updates on project status, delays, and changes to ensure client satisfaction. - Manage client expectations and handle any concerns or changes in project scope.

4. Budget and Cost Control:

- Track project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget. - Approve expenditures, review contractor invoices, and manage project finances. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.

5. Quality Control and Final Inspection:

- Ensure all roofing work meets the company's quality standards and industry regulations. - Conduct final inspections and ensure that the project meets all client requirements before sign-off.

1. Project Estimations and Bidding: Analyze project drawings, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. - Provide cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, equipment, and overheads. - Prepare bids and proposals for commercial roofing projects.

3: Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
