**Description:
**Dr. Beaupré’s Vein Clinic in Ottawa has been specializing in phlebology since 1989, making us the benchmark in the Outaouais region. We are currently looking for an efficient, friendly and responsible individual to fill one permanent, part-time or full time, position as a Administrative Assistant

**Responsabilities**:

- Provide our clients with outstanding customer service every single time they visit.
- Greet customers politely and with a smile, make and confirm appointments.
- Handle invoicing and forward files to the OHIP when necessary.
- Manage appointments efficiently and optimally.
- Update client files.
- Provide personalized recommendations on the various products available (socks).
- Perform various follow-ups and telephone reminders and manage the recall list.
- Complete various reports as needed.
- Perform other essential duties, such as maintaining cleanliness in the clinic.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism is required.
- Have training related to the position.
- Possess relevant work experience.
- Be very familiar with the various computer tools and software, including Office Suite.
- Knowledge of PS suite EMR software is an asset.
- Be committed to customer service and attentive to the needs of each client.
- Have a positive attitude and a well-kept appearance.
- Be meticulous with attention to detail and a job well done.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Be a reliable and punctual person.
- Enjoy working with a team.
