Title: Administrative Professional / Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and filing, faxing and copying to Management.
- Answer all calls and direct them accordingly
- Type Correspondences, reports and other documents
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments & travel arrangements as well as take minutes at any meetings
- Greet and assist visitors
- Overall office management
- Complete waybills, BOL and schedule shipments
- Create invoices, work orders etc. and follow up on AR collection
- General book keeping
- Review Purchase orders and complete any missing fields
- Conduct Sale Calls
- Generate weekly report on marketing and sales update
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers
- Identifies and researches innovative and new marketing and sales techniques
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Make telephone calls and presentations to prospective customers to generate sales
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Open and distribute mail
- Other duties as required

Job Specifications:

- High School Diploma required
- University degree in Business Administration preferred
- Excellent Understanding and Experience with MS Office and Computer skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
- French speaking skills are an asset
- Strong understanding of Customer and Market Dynamics and Requirements
- Excellent Organizational & Excellent Time Management skills
- This is a fast pace role so a Quick Learner is preferred
- Previous experience in a B2B environment mandatory - minimum 3 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $32,000.00 per year
