Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Office Management:

- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents.
- Assist in creating and updating procedural manuals.

Scheduling and Coordination:

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department members.
- Assist in scheduling and tracking departmental training sessions.

Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the maintenance and other departments within the organization.
- Handle internal and external inquiries and ensure timely responses.

Supply Management:

- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory related to the Ground Support Department.
- Manage purchase orders

Qualifications:

- Experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus.

Education and Experience:

- Administrative assistance, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the aviation or ground handling industry.
