Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a ITS Executive Administrative Assistant Resource for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide primary administrative support to ITS Leadership Team members
- Prioritize, support, and manage inboxes and calendars for senior management (schedule, move, shift

meetings, etc.)
- Track deliverables and due dates by adding reminders in calendars, bringing items up during regular

touch bases, or blocking time in leaders’ calendar to complete tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and support leaders with the process for expense claims
- Coordinate with caterers to provide refreshments for meetings
- Assist with onboarding new team members in the department
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives and suggest process improvements
- Other related activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

- Post-Secondary certificate in business administration or a related field
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience with administrative support
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and switch between multiple tasks as needed with

strong attention to detail to deliver high priority items quickly
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ requests
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different clients’ needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both official languages and in writing, at all levels of

an organization

Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
