This is a part-time position.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our positions offer the opportunity to work within a positive work environment, and competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.

This position is a part-time position with daytime hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying and scanning, and file management
- Respond to daily inquiries from lawyers, legal assistants, and clients
- Order office supplies and ensure adequate supplies are maintained
- Provides accounting support and monthly billing
- File storage and management support, including opening and closing files
- Corporate services work, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, while kneeling and bending

TECHNICAL ASSETS
- Must have working knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- ACUMIN knowledge an asset
- Net Documents knowledge an asset

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Highschool Diploma
- Accounting or Office Administration diploma an asset
- CORES Level I Certificate an asset
- 1-year general office administration or accounting experience preferred
