**Duties**:

- Organize and manage client files.
- Create month-end and mid-month cheques.
- Input and track monthly rent payments.
- Coordinate appropriate trades into homes.
- Deposit cheques and payments to the bank.
- Oversee clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Answer phone calls in a respectful manner and manage communications.
- Enter payments and invoices into Sage accounting software.
- Manage office inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid G license
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong organizational skills
- Good people skills
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
