Executive Assistant/bookkeeper

Red Deer, Canada Sau-Can Investment Corp. Full time

The main responsibilities will largely be related to the Management, maintenance, and repairs of rental properties. These tasks will include:

- Monthly rental income
- Yearly reconciliation for properties
- Prepare year end and reconciliation of accounts
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts
- Prepare trail balance of books
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare and reconcile monthly visa transaction statements
- Calculate and prepare monthly cheques for payroll
- Maintain general ledgers

Proficient with Excel and Word programs. Sage accounting software, and strong computer skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
