We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the following opportunity in our Toronto office:
Application Support Analyst - Toronto

**Accountabilities include**:

- Maintain policy document template library and perform product configurations as requested
- Manage tickets (bugs and change requests) related to production support; ticket escalation to vendor
- Pre-release testing and quality assurance
- Perform trending analysis of problems to implement proactive solutions
- Communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholder

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Systems preferred
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in Financial Services
- Previous production support and/or project management experience an asset
- Bilingual in French and English an asset
