Cam Clark Automotive Group is hiring a **Help Desk Analyst **to be based out of our **Richmond**, **B.C**. location.

With over 20 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems by analyzing symptoms, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate I.T. team members.
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and develop proactive solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Assist in user account management and solutions for knowledge and training purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary Education in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related field.
- One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in a Helpdesk Analyst Position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Suit Programs.
- Familiar with computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools/software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- This position may require travel to other Cam Clark Automotive Group dealership locations for training, meetings, or support purposes. The travel percentage is expected to be 40% or more._
