**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for the administration scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments. Specifically
- Greet and welcome customers arriving at the dealership service centre
- Schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
- Explain recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers; and, schedule recommended vehicle service and maintenance, manufacturer warranty recalls, overdue service, special order parts, et cetera
- Contact customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointments for missed appointments
- Respond to inbound customer messages through electronic communications, as applicable
- Answer inbound calls to respond to customer inquiries, as applicable
- Maintain customer database; as required, participate in audit and cleanse of the information
- Support and assist the Service Advisor(s) by preparing and closing vehicle maintenance repair orders, invoices and processing payments, as needed

**About you**
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in administration
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds) is an asset
- working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
