**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Ensure front desk operations provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and schedule front desk staff to provide consistent, high-quality service.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure team excellence.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage daily front desk operations, including opening/closing procedures and scheduling.
- Oversee membership sales, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy in records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Handle cash, card transactions, and membership billing inquiries.
- Maintain and update member databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate reports on attendance, membership sales, and front desk performance metrics.
- **Policy Implementation**:

- Enforce gym policies, procedures, and safety standards at the front desk.
- Communicate changes in policies or promotions to staff and members.
- **Event & Promotion Support**:

- Assist with planning and executing gym events, promotions, and member appreciation days.
- Actively promote gym programs, classes, and services to members and guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk management role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in gym management software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and providing exceptional member experiences.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
