We are looking for someone to liaise between the agency and our clients to ensure full customer satisfaction. **Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for planning, developing and managing clients' digital strategies to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.
- Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work directly with the sales directors and representatives.
- Use our software to optimize web content to improve SEO.
- Present and train clients on different social media strategies.
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
- Schedule and carry out monthly update calls with the clients you manage.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Create and deliver marketing strategy documentation and use our software to develop reports for existing and new clients.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Work with internal teams to forecast, track and communicate to the client the key account metrics.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports on account status to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Proven work experience in Marketing as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service position.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience working in an Agency setting.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience with SEO/SEM or CRM software.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
- Must have strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to foresee risks and generate mitigation plans with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Proven focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

**Salary**: From $41,000.00 per year
