YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be called upon to collaborate with multiple stakeholders within several multidisciplinary teams.

Plan, coordinate and take part in validation activities in partnership with various partners.

Plan, execute and document, in partnership with the PO and Team Leader, digital product development activities (UX testing, prototype implementation, etc.).

Work closely with internal and external partners and suppliers to gather information and data for project development.

Support the team in the creation and adoption of common development or project administration tools.

In collaboration with the Team Leader, synthesize feedback from various activities or events and help transform it into an action plan.

In support of the Team Leader, support the administrative activities related to different projects (invoicing, analysis, reports and presentations, etc.).

Understand customer behaviour and unmet needs in order to identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain and develop knowledge of connectivity in the automotive industry, specifically from a perspective where technology plays a role in improving the customer experience.

Maintain strong links with key stakeholders to ensure that product plans remain aligned with business objectives and plans.

Collaborate with IS&T, R&D, product development, design, legal, marketing, after-sales service, finance and external partners throughout the product development cycle.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

A Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in digital, marketing, communications or a related field.

Business acumen.

Experience in iterative software development and agile principles.

A results-oriented approach and ability to get things done.

An excellent sense of organization, initiative and responsibility.

A strong ability to synthesize information and data and turn it into actionable ideas.

Bilingualism is essential, both written and spoken (French and English).

The ability to effectively manage several projects at once.

The ability to build trust with key stakeholders.

A class 5 driving licence and the ability to travel a few times a year.
