Human Resources Generalist

We are one of the largest companies in the IVD high-tech industry in Canada, specializing in rapid diagnostics products. During the pandemic, we were a federally and provincially authorized manufacturer and supplier of rapid test products. With our Headquarter located in British Columbia, our operations span globally to meet various needs of partners around the world. **Job Duties**
- Provide daily support for HR functions and program delivery.
- Responsible for overseeing the full employee life cycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, departure, attendance and leave management.
- Implement evaluations for employees’ performance according to company requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date confidential employee records and files.
- Coordinate trainings and workshops for employees.
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees through addressing questions and inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and programs
- Administer employee benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, terminations.
- Participate as a member of the HR team in people initiatives, events, and communication campaigns.
- Supports development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align employee-related initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2 years experience in Human Resources or related role.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and the WCB Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team or individually, as required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
