- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Sell drafts, money orders and foreign currency
- Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments
- Process received information required to open accounts and savings plans and purchasing bonds
- Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts
