The WIP coordinator position will run and coordinate the movement of product through the WIP process in Subco. They will be responsible for the following:

- Manage product through the WIP process
- Help with kit sorting and verification
- Keep WIP on schedule, identifying any short comings or road blocks
- Daily reporting of product build status
- Progress of WIP
- Status of test and failure repair
- Use of spreadsheet tracking for updates
- Close out builds and disposition of remaining material
- Help sort out incoming shipments from Sanmina and distribute to receivers
- Track and close Failure Analysis
- Interface with Sanmina contract workers and R&D design team
- Track and close out Subco work through SUBCO JIRAs
