We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is a self-starter - someone who will acquire new business by serving private-sector companies. You are creative, resilient, and passionate about learning and about exceeding sales goals.

**Cool Things You'll Do**
- Acquiring new business accounts via outbound sales campaigns
- Making 40+ calls per day to outbound sales prospects to generate opportunities and build a robust pipeline
- Managing a full sales cycle, from leads generation to closing new clients
- Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity goals
- Delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building strong relationships, and influencing decision-makers
- Actively listening to customers, completing needs analyses, and quickly identifying and recommending solutions to fit their current needs and future plans

**What You Bring To The Table**
- 1 year+ experience with proven success in sales.
- Previous success in high ticket-size technical/software sales is preferred.
- Passion for technology/software and possess a high level of integrity
- Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
- Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
- Discipline around time management, setting priorities, and accomplishing goals
- To be adaptable. We’re an agile company and we need people who are able to pivot and change directions when required.

**What We Offer**
- $30,000 yearly base salary
- High uncapped unlimited commission. Most importantly, recurring commissions.
- Potential to earn $100,000+ per year in recurring commissions.
