Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies to drive sales.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, ads, and website content.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Proven working experience in marketing, preferably in the cycling or outdoor industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the cycling industry and cycling trends.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
