As Marketing Manager, you’ll be a primary brand, marketing and sales driver for a successful, healthy QSR restaurant chain. Working with a talented team, you’ll produce impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and product trial. You’ll join our senior leadership team in supporting in-store, off-premise and franchise sales and serve as the brand’s greatest champion. And, as an experienced digital advertiser and social media manager, you’ll drive engagement and awareness through compelling content and great storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing & Sales: Develop and support marketing and sales strategies for franchising and store sales.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Content Ideation & Copywriting: Generate compelling content ideas and create engaging copy for various marketing materials.
- Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Creative Direction: Working with our Art Director, uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage the social media calendar, content, and performance analysis.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate brand partnership opportunities to expand our reach.

Qualifications:

- 5 years experience leading a marketing team and collaborating with executive leadership.
- Strong strategist, planner and organizer.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and creative direction skills.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, social media platforms and performance analytics. SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in PR or media training is a plus.
- Passionate and dedicated.
- Food lovers are especially welcome.
