Description du poste
Sous la responsabilité du directeur de centre d'affaires, le commis d'entrepôt reçoit, vérifie et stocke la marchandise, prépare les commandes, emballe les marchandises et expédie les commandes en temps opportun.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES ;
- Faire preuve d'une grande méticulosité pour garder l'entrepôt en ordre et s'assurer que la marchandise est placée au bon endroit ; assurer la productivité et la sécurité dans l'entrepôt ainsi que dans la cour ;
- S'assurer que les commandes sont remplies avec précision et à temps ;
- Décharger les camions et vérifier s'il manque de la marchandise ou si elle est endommagée ;
- Recevoir et vérifier les expéditions et placer la marchandise en stock ;
- Repérer les commandes en attente des clients et les informer de leur arrivée ;
- Placer et ranger le stock de façon ordonnée et le réorganiser au besoin ;
- Maintenir les étalages de marchandises de façon attrayante ;
- Cueillir et emballer les marchandises et expédier les commandes de façon précise et opportune ;
- Emballer les marchandises pour une expédition sans dommages ;
- Garder l'entrepôt en ordre en assurant la productivité et la sécurité dans l'entrepôt ;
- Fournir un soutien aux ventes au comptoir selon les besoins en accueillant les clients, en préparant les commandes, en faisant du marchandisage et autres tâches assignées.
EXIGENCES:
- Une expérience dans un poste similaire est un atout ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale, non verbale et écrite ;
- Capacité démontrée à travailler sans supervision et à respecter les échéances ;
- Esprit d'équipe, adaptabilité, énergie et attitude professionnelle positive ;
- Initiative démontrée d'auto-amélioration de vos compétences en affaires et en produits ;
- Bonnes compétences en informatique, y compris MS Office : Word, Excel et Outlook ;
- Proactif dans la recherche de moyens d'améliorer la productivité dans l'entrepôt ;
- Doit être capable de manipuler des articles de moins de 50lbs ;
- Un certificat valide pour conduite de chariot élévateur est un atout ; sinon une formation sera fournie.
