Dartmouth, Canada Armour Transportation Systems Full time

**Armour is hiring a Temporary Evening Summer Data Entry Clerk at our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This position will report to the Dartmouth Office Supervisor.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working with all departments, terminals, and customers to remove barriers in the movement of equipment and freight.
- Enter freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
- Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
- Freight bill entry coding
- Scanning documents

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Detail orientated and self-motivated
- Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding /typing skills 40wpm + accurately
- Ability to prioritize and effectively handle changing priorities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with analytical decision-making skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced environment.
- Shift will be from 3:30pm to 12:00am Monday to Friday.

**Technical Skills**:

- Transportation Industry expriance
- Understanding Truckmate system considered a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
