**Job Overview**
**Program Contractor for Neurodivergent Child Mental Health Program**

**Duties**
- Deliver neurofeedback sessions as part of the therapeutic program to support children’s mental wellness.
- Facilitate play-based activities and structured interventions that promote social connection, self-regulation, and resilience.
- Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies adapted for neurodivergent children, fostering self-esteem and emotional growth.
- Work with OT recommendations to support sensory needs, self-regulation, and executive functioning within a sensory-rich environment.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress, reporting to the MSW supervisor and ensuring the program’s goals are met.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and neuroaffirming space that supports each child’s unique strengths and needs.
- Create visuals, routines, and ensure that all services are delivered with attention to neuro affirming values

**Qualifications**:

- A background in Child and Youth Work (CYW) or a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Therapeutic Recreation degree preferred
- Experience working with neurodivergent children in mental health or educational settings.
- Familiarity with neuroaffirming practices, CBT, and sensory integration or OT-informed strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and the clinical team.

- Commitment to providing neuroaffirming, strengths-focused support tailored to each child.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team and follow guidance from the MSW supervisor.

This is a new and growing program with Mind 2 Heart. It is available on Tuesday and Thursday for the Mental Wellness program and two evenings for the executive functioning coach (neurofeedback).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
