LinkPoint IT Solutions is seeking an experienced **Client Success Representative** to join our growing team in Langley

**About us**:

We do this through our approach of finding custom-fit solutions for our clients that align with their business goals. We work as an extension of the client’s team, to strategize, design, develop, analyze, and implement solutions that deliver value.

**The Role**:
As a Client Success Representative, you play an integral role in the business, working closely with our valued clients on a day-to-day basis and providing support to retain their business and help it grow. This role acts as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

**If you have**:

- Initiative and are highly self motivated to succeed
- An understanding of the importance of concierge-like client service, sales cycles, and able to align processes to achieve the most dynamic results
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively
- Strong knowledge of Telecom or IT services is an asset

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of B2B Customer Service experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma considered an asset
- Strong sense of resilience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Product knowledge in Telecom, managed IT services and software development is considered an asset
- Proactive and goal oriented
- Experience with CRM databases considered an asset
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Driver’s license (BC driver’s license preferred)

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
- Work with the technical team to assess and propose solutions
- Qualify leads
- Advise on and quote new opportunities
- Advise on aged technology (EOL, EOS) and propose an action plan to replace
- Handle all quoting/sales (projects, hardware, software) for assigned accounts
- Negotiate new contracts prior to contract anniversary date
- Customer retention strategies
- Perform quality assurance checks, IT report cards and review meetings with clients
