You are responsible for the execution of numerous client contact activities related to their relationships with Thrive Mortgage Co. We expect exceptional and professional client service.

The Client Success Coordinator's job is to ensure that we are delivering on our promise to the client that we will be proactively helping them grow their wealth, save money and help them set goals and create plans for the future, as it relates to real estate and finance.

The Client Success Coordinator will be managing/nurturing the past client database, facilitating referral and repeat business, expanding/nurturing ancillary business partner relationships and identifying and notating future business opportunities.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Review and store all Post Closing Call notes in the client's file in the CRM.
- _**1 Month Post Funding Calls -**_ Ensure that the client is starting off well with the new mortgage. Answer any questions they may have and remind the client about the upcoming follow-up calls and the importance of the calls.
- _**3 Month Follow Up Calls - **_Review the client's file for any financing opportunities. Ask about changes or updates, ask about ancillary partners and explain the follow-up strategy.
- _**6 Month Follow Up Calls -**_ Review the client's file for any financing opportunities. Ask about changes or updates, ask about ancillary partners and explain the follow-up strategy.
- _**Annual Financial Reviews -**_ Review the information in the file and follow the AFR protocol.

**You Have**:

- A good understanding of mortgage products, real estate transactions and extending a positive, inviting attitude towards those you communicate.
- Mortgage brokerage industry experience, a valid BCFSA Mortgage Broker License in good standing, **is an asset**.
- Exceptional written and communication skills and ability to quickly relate to our clients in dialogue.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Desire to grow, learn and willingness to EXCEED client expectations.
- Ability to adapt and complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- Experience with CRM and computer programs is required.

**Compensation Key**
- Past Client Referral - $300
- Past Client Refinance - $300
- Referring Past Clients to Ancillary Partners - $50
- Referral of Ancillary Partner from the client to BDM - $50

- Long-Term Incubation Lead Conversion - $200

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
