**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Factory Sourcing and Partnership Development**
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with reliable factories and manufacturers globally, leveraging sourcing platforms.
- Assess factories’ capabilities, production capacity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Review pricing, lead times, and production terms to ensure agreements align with the brand’s needs and budget.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality and performance.

**Industry and Market Research**
- Stay informed on industry trends, innovations in manufacturing, and emerging sourcing regions to expand the factory network.
- Use professional platforms to keep up with new factory offerings, market trends, and opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, factory tours, and other industry events to source new factories and materials.
- Explore and evaluate new production techniques and technologies that align with the brand’s goals.

**Skills**
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3-5 years in factory sourcing or supply chain management within the fashion industry.
- **Manufacturing Knowledge**:Strong understanding of garment production processes and factory operations.
- **Sourcing Platform Proficiency**:Ability to effectively use LinkedIn, Alibaba, Maker’s Row, IndiaMart, and other sourcing platforms for networking and establishing relationships with potential factory partners.
- **Analytical Skills**:Ability to assess and evaluate factory costs, performance, and capabilities effectively.
- **Market Awareness**:Knowledge of emerging factory locations and industry innovations in materials and production methods.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage factory relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- **Tech Savvy**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with sourcing or factory management software is a plus.

**Sourcing des Usines et Développement de Partenariats**
- Identifier, évaluer et établir des partenariats avec des usines et fabricants fiables à l'échelle mondiale en utilisant des plateformes de sourcing.
- Évaluer les capacités des usines, leur capacité de production et leur conformité aux normes de qualité.
- Examiner les prix, les délais et les conditions de production pour s'assurer que les accords répondent aux besoins et au budget de la marque.
- Établir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les principaux partenaires de fabrication pour assurer une qualité et une performance constantes.

**Recherche Industrielle et du Marché**
- Se tenir informé des tendances de l'industrie, des innovations en matière de fabrication et des nouvelles régions de sourcing pour étendre le réseau d'usines.
- Utiliser des plateformes professionnelles pour suivre les nouvelles offres des usines, les tendances du marché et les opportunités.
- Assister à des salons professionnels, des visites d'usines et d'autres événements de l'industrie pour sourcer de nouvelles usines et matériaux.
- Explorer et évaluer de nouvelles techniques et technologies de production qui s'alignent avec les objectifs de la marque.

**Compétences**
- **Expérience**: Minimum de 3 à 5 ans dans le sourcing d'usines ou la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans l'industrie de la mode.
- **Connaissance de la Fabrication**: Bonne compréhension des processus de production de vêtements et des opérations des usines.
- **Maîtrise des Plateformes de Sourcing**: Capacité à utiliser efficacement LinkedIn, Alibaba, Maker’s Row, IndiaMart et autres plateformes de sourcing pour établir des relations avec des partenaires industriels potentiels.
- **Compétences Analytiques**: Capacité à évaluer les coûts, la performance et les capacités des usines de manière efficace.
- **Connaissance du Marché**: Connaissance des nouvelles localisations de fabrication et des innovations dans les matériaux et méthodes de production.
- **Compétences en Communication**: Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite pour gérer les relations avec les usines et collaborer avec les équipes internes.
- **Aisance avec la Technologie**: Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; la familiarité avec les logiciels de gestion des usines ou de sourcing est un plus.
