**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide firm-wide support using your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, and Kofax PDF) for the following tasks:
- Transcribing dictations, handwritten notes, or other forms of documents;
- Editing, proofreading, and formatting legal or administrative documents;
- Assisting with the preparation of legal procedures, source binders, authorities, exhibits, and closing documents;
- Reviewing texts (French and English) and proofreading legal or administrative documents;
- Converting styles, inserting media into presentations, creating tables, and using graphics;
- Creating or reviewing documents (numbering, styles, automatic cross-references, etc.).

**Qualifications Needed**:
- At least 5+ years of experience in legal document production, ideally within a law firm.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adept in using legal document management software and technology.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
