**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, greeting clients and visitors warmly.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Support the dental receptionist with patient check-in/check-out processes as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

**Skills**
- Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
- Experience in an office setting is preferred; dental office experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to maintain accurate files and records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.56-$19.24 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
