**Opportunity**

We are looking to add to our team for our Industrial Sales Group. As our business continues to grow, we have a great opportunity for the right individual. as an **Industrial Sales Representative **in **GTA, Ontario.**

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Aid in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the region
- Manage an assigned territory of clients and focus on account planning to grow our share of wallet within the base
- Maintain a sales pipeline for both new business and organic growth within the region, planning your activities and working collaboratively with management and internal stakeholders to maximize conversion rates and achieve revenue targets
- Be an ambassador for Cloverdale Paint Inc. within key markets through industry association including meetings, tradeshows, seminars and various events within the region
- Develop and grow customer base, sales volumes and profitability for the company.
- Maintain a high level of service that meets the requirements of our customers.
- Develop solid business relationships with prospects, customers and store staff.
- Understand and keep up to date with changes within the industries you service

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the paint and coatings industry
- A tech savvy coatings professional with experience working in the manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of the market, key players, and competitors in the region
- A hunter mentality, organized with excellent time management and planning skills
- Task and detail oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principals
- Experience in crafting presentations and value propositions, comfortable presenting to clients and prospects
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time, primarily within the region with some requirement for overnight travel
- Highly focused on customer service and attention to detail.
- Team focused and results oriented
- Self-motivated and can work with mínimal supervision
- Valid Drivers License and excellent driving record.
